1. Meet Tiffany

Upon arrival you will be greeted by the always warm and gracious Tiffany.  She will discuss your health assessment with you and go over any questions.  From there she will guide you to the session room.  Download Health Assessment Form here.

2. Session Begins

Tiffany will escort you to the treatment room. It is peaceful with a warm massage table waiting dressed in crisp clean sheets and a place for your personal things.  While you prepare Tiffany will set outside.  If you have a preference for music or meditation in the background just let Tiffany know.  Some clients prefer to disrobe completely while others only partially.  Either option is fine.  Once disrobes you will lay on the massage table under the top sheet.  Before entering the room Tiffany will knock and ask if you are ready.

You will always be draped with the top sheet during your massage session and an additional blanket is available at your request.  Tiffany will only uncover the part of the body she is working on, remaining sensitive to your needs and seeing that you are relaxed and comfortable at all times.

3. Session Continues

Tiffany's experience guides her to know what is the best way to proceed in each session specific to you at that time.  She remains alert to your comfort and will check in with you as the session progresses, if needed.  Some clients prefer to talk during their session while others enjoy the quiet. Either way is fine and may change from visit to visit.

4. After Session

waterAt completion of the session Tiffany will slightly elevate the lighting, lay a clean soft towel within your reach and instruct you to take your time.  When you are ready, return to the lobby where you'll find Tiffany.  It's a great time to discuss what worked and schedule your next appointment.

Hydration is Important

Tiffany will have a bottled water waiting for you.  Please continue to hydrate throughout your day/evening.  Hydrating will help remove toxins as well as supply oxygen to all your cells.

Tips For New Customers

Tips To Get The Most Out Of Your Massage


  • Take a relaxing bath or warm shower before your appointment time.
  • Limit the consumption of caffeine & sugars as well  as any other stimulants.
  • Avoid eating immediately before your appointment.
  • Allow extra time in your schedual so you don't have to rush to be ready for your session. (Otherwise, it may take more time to reach a relaxed state.)
  • Arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first visit to allow time for an initial health assessment. Appointments begin promptly.
  • Turn off your cell phone and pager.
  • This is your time to relax & escape.
  • You may prefer to relax in silence or chat during your service. The choice is up to you.
