Vedic Thai Yoga Massage

Vedic Thai Massage

Vedic Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing originated from Easter healing traditions intended to connect the mind, body and spirit. It involves a whole-body technique that is also known as Thai yoga massage, or traditional Thai massage. The art of this massage style combines gentle stretches, breathing practices, acupressure and soothing rocking. With a slow, flowing and meditative approach, the practitioner assists a fully-clothed recipient into a series of yoga-inspired postures, creating a delightfully harmonious and therapeutic “dance”.

The benefits of Vedic Thai Yoga Massage are numerous; some include releasing muscle tension, increasing range of motion, releasing energy blockages within nadis (energy channels) which stimulate and harmonize all of the systems within our body-mind.
